This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

I think that the Spock/Christine really emerged in "The Naked Time", and I took that interpretation before I became a K/S shipper, so I guess you could say I was originally a S/C shipper. It was mostly the movies that changed my mind about K/S, because there's really almost no question that there's SOMETHING between them, even if it is just a really, really, really close brother love. (;
Oh, and the beginning of "Shore Leave", the back rub scene? Yeah. Not much question there, either. xD
Lol. That writer WAS the original K/S fan. He wrote Amok Time too, which is one of the slashiest episodes (:
But I think Kirk and Spock's relationship is more beautiful if it's not romantic. I mean, yeah, they're obviously soulmates. They obviously love each other more than anyone/anything else in the world.

I can understand that. Like, without the romance, there's no reason for it to ever have to end, etc. But I think that in a case of soul mates, it's hard to not have just a tinge of romance between the two. They're SO close, and I mean, for a vulcan, that's a pretty big deal. It's like they both also have crushes on women during different times of their lives (Christine obviously being one of those women for Spock), but in the end, all they really need is each other. Now, assuming that one of the things they need in a fulfilling life IS romance, it's only logical that they would turn to each other for that. Plus, they're both men, and men have hormones. So naturally, there would also probably be at least SOME sexual aspect to their relationship.
I prefer K/S to be not in a relationship, but to just be two people who happen to be soul mates. Because I think it's unrealistic to assume they would become boyfriends or husbands or bond-mates, etc. That could possibly ruin it for them, because a lot of their feelings are like this known bond they already have between each other. It'd be unnecessary to do anything about it.
And yeah, Amok Time was DEFINITELY full of slash. (;
I see your point, but I guess I'm conservative, and I really can't see them having a sexual relationship. Or I don't want to. lol.
And of course, the only problem with all of that is that Kirk had girlfriends up until nine years before he died, and Spock got married. (It says so in the TNG episode Sarek.) So how I see it is, they can be in other romantic relationships (even marriages) with women and love them, but ultimately they care about each other more than anyone else. And I know relationships don't work that way irl, but Spock is a Vulcan, and as far as I’m concerned, Vulcans have special bonds that DO work that way. xD
I know I don’t make a good argument – the only real reason I can give for not being a K/S shipper is that I don’t like the ship. But I definitely agree with most of what you said, and I can see there being some unresolved romantic/sexual tension there.
